America is now confronting the consequences as manufacturers, shipyards, construction companies, and the power grid struggle to find skilled workers. Mike argues that the country is losing generations of industrial knowledge that cannot be replaced by academic credentials.

President Trump is advancing a different model through the Foundry School, the proposed U.S. Space Academy, and a renewed focus on science, manufacturing, competence, and national purpose.
