Canada and the United Kingdom have a deep shared history, shared values, and shared interests. Its why, as one prominent British thinker puts it, the true special relationship is between Britain and Canada. In this interview, Rob Breakenridge speaks with Daniel Hannan, independent peer in the U.K. House of Lords and former long-time Member of the European Parliament, who makes the case for deeper Canada-U.K. ties as both countries navigate political challenges in the U.S. and Europe.
